SEATTLE — A warehouse at 6363 Seventh Ave. S. sold for $7.5 million, according to King County records.
The seller was Pacific Georgetown Center LC, which acquired the property in 2001 for almost $1.6 million.
The buyer was Two Chairs LLC, which is associated with Columbia Pacific Management.
Developed on 28,650 square feet in 1969, the one-story warehouse/distribution building has about 23,680 square feet.
No new plans have been filed for the site. Current tenants include Pacific Lighting Systems, Promoshop and the Washington Federation of State Employees.
