Site on Eastlake sold for $6M

SEATTLE — The SPRAG Building, at 2517 Eastlake Ave. E., has sold for $6 million, according to King County records. The seller was the Seattle Police Relief Association & Guild, which had owned the property for several decades.

The buyer was 2517 Eastlake LLC, which is associated with Washington Holdings.
