Shopping center sells for $42M

COVINGTON — The Covington Square shopping center, at 17023 S.E. 272nd St. in Covington, has sold for almost $42.3 million, according to King County records.

The seller was Covington Square LLC, an entity of TRC (previously Terramar Retail Centers, previously GMS Realty), which acquired the property in 2000 for $16.2 million.
