Gelt confirms $74M deal for apartments

FEDERAL WAY — Berkadia sold the 247-unit Row in Kent and the 244-unit Union in Federal Way for a combined $74 million, as reported earlier this week in the DJC. Those sales have now been recorded, and the buyer, Gelt, has confirmed the news.

“This is Gelt's first acquisition in the Seattle region, and our goal is to acquire at least another 2,500 units here over the next two years,” said Gelt partner Keith Wasserman.
