Pelt warehouse sells for $19.5M

RENTON — A warehouse-distribution property at 200 S.W. 34th St. in Renton has sold for $19.5 million, according to King County records. The seller was American Legend Cooperative, which acquired the property in 2001 for $4.8 million.

The buyer was LBA RVI Company XVIII LLC, which is associated with LBA Realty of Irvine, California.
