Public hearing on Tacoma Mall area plan

TACOMA — Tacoma City Council will hold a public hearing on a draft subarea plan for the 575-acre Tacoma Mall neighborhood at 5:15 p.m. April 24 at Tacoma Municipal Building, 747 Market St.

Code changes and the environmental impact statement will also be covered.

The draft plan outlines goals for the area, including investments and job growth, transportation and community health.
