Goodman eyes 45 units on First Hill

SEATTLE — Goodman Real Estate paid $2 million in January for the Zindorf Apartments, at 714 Seventh Ave., and the building came with a small parking lot to the south.

In an early plan filed by Studio Meng Strazzara, Goodman is considering 45 micro apartments on that lot. The five-story, 75-unit Zindorf, built in 1911, would be unaffected.
