Auburn La Quinta sells for $11.5M

AUBURN — A La Quinta Inn & Suites, at 225 Sixth St. S.E., in Auburn, has sold for $11.5 million, according to King County records. The seller was S&B Hospitality LLC, which acquired the land in 2010 for $640,000.

The buyer was Auburn Inn-Vestments LLC, which is associated with Hospitality Associates of Spokane Valley. Public records indicate a loan from Mountain America Federal Credit Union.
