Schwartz Co. plans Stone Way office building in busy Fremont

Schwartz is pursuing Living Building Challenge Petal certification through the city’s Living Building Pilot Program.

No sale has been recorded yet for the 34,163-square-foot site on the southeast corner of Stone Way and North 36th Street, but the Schwartz Co. of Seattle has a plan to put a new four-story office and retail building there.
