Wright Runstad President Greg Johnson will be the speaker at CREW's June 14 luncheon to talk about the Rainier Square development project in downtown Seattle. Rainier Square will have more than 1 million square feet of office space, apartments and retail. But Amazon “paused” its plan to lease all 722,000 square feet of the office space now under construction pending the outcome of the Seattle City Council's head tax vote. A $275 head tax was approved, and Amazon has not said whether it will occupy the space. The CREW event starts at 11:30 a.m. at Motif (1415 Fifth Ave.). Details and registration at crewnetwork.org.
