Kitsap strip mall sells for $16M

SILVERDALE — A retail complex at 9551 Ridgetop Blvd. N.W. in Silverdale has sold for $16.1 million, according to CBRE, which arranged the sale.

CBRE's Dino A. Christophilis led the team representing seller Cadence Capital of Colorado. The buyer was an unnamed national investor. The deal was worth about $232 per square foot.
