SEATTLE — Two apartment buildings in Magnolia have sold for $15.75 million, according to King County records. The sellers were five private investors who had owned the neighboring properties for five decades.
The seller was represented by Marty Leith, Dylan Roeter and Jerry Sankey of ARA Newmark. The deal was worth about $276,315 per unit. The portfolio has been on the market for about five months, listed at $17.25 million.
