23 Shoreline units sell for $4.5M

SHORELINE — An older apartment building at 1115 N. 183rd St. in Shoreline has sold for almost $4.5 million, according to King County records. The seller was Highlander Arms LLC, which is associated with an investor group that had owned the property for decades.

The buyer was La Piazza Properties LLC, which is associated with private investors in Vancouver, B.C. Public records indicate a $2.5 million loan from Freddie Mac.
