Redmond Town Center offices sell for $268M

  • The buyer is an LLC associated with Invesco of Atlanta. Invesco recently has spent over $500 million on property in this region.

    The office portion of Redmond Town Center has sold for a little over $268 million.

    The seller was SRI Ten RTC LLC, associated with Shorenstein Properties, which acquired the property in 2013 for $185 million. The buyer was Redmond Town Center LP, which is associated with Atlanta-based Invesco.
