Bellevue car lots sold for $25M

BELLEVUE — The BMW of Bellevue dealership at 13605 N.E. 20th St. has sold for $25 million, according to King County records.

The seller was Northwest Financial Group, which acquired the main property in 2002 for almost $8.9 million. A second 1-acre satellite parking lot at 1709 139th Place N.E. was purchased in 2003 for $1.1 million; both were included in the sale.
