Elan Uptown Flats open on Queen Anne

Greystar has opened Elan Uptown Flats, with 182 apartments at 300 First Ave. W. on Queen Anne.

The grand opening event will be Thursday from 5 to 8 p.m. on the rooftop terrace.

Weber Thompson is the architect, and also handled the landscape architecture and interior design. Compass General Construction is the general contractor. The Justen Co. is development manager.

The building has studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom units ranging from 513 to 1,269 square feet, with rents from $1,860 to $4,100.

Interior finishes include stainless steel appliances, kitchen islands, gas ranges, custom cabinetry, quartz countertops, tile backsplashes and wood-style flooring.

Units have open floor plans with floor-to-ceiling windows, walk-in closets and full-size washers and dryers.

The indoor/outdoor rooftop lounge has a full kitchen, dining areas, gardens and grilling stations. The clubroom has a fitness center, business center and social spaces with flat screen TVs.

There's also a pet park, pet wash station, package service, garage parking, car charging stations and bike storage.

Greystar is based in Charleston, South Carolina, with offices in the U.S., Europe, Latin America and Asia-Pacific countries. Greystar says it is the largest operator of U.S. apartments.
