CHH project will keep Eldridge Tire

Mithun is designing The Eldridge, which will have 78 low-income apartments when it opens in 2021.

Capitol Hill Housing expects to start construction in October 2019 on a 78-unit low-income apartment project at 1523 Broadway that will incorporate the landmarked Eldridge Tire Co. building.
