413 Tacoma units sell for $30M

TACOMA — The Drake Apartments, at 2220 97th St. S., have sold for almost $29.9 million, according to Pierce County records. The seller was Drake Apartments LLC, which had owned the property for decades.

The buyers were Tyroda Royal View LLC and six other parties. Public records indicate a loan from Washington Trust.
