48 Ballard units sell for $11M

SEATTLE — The Ballard 57 apartments, at 1731 N.W. 57th St., have sold for a little over $10.9 million, according to King County records. The seller was 1731 NW 57th LLC, which acquired the land in 2014 for $910,000 and developed it.

The buyer was WC Seattle V SPE LLC, which is associated with Wilshire Capital Partners of greater Los Angeles. Public records indicate a loan from CBRE Capital Markets.
