Kirkland offices sell for $39M

KIRKLAND — An office building at 5808 Lake Washington Blvd. N.E. has sold for little over $39.2 million, according to King County records. The seller was SC Lake Washington Park Inc., associated with BlackRock, which acquired the property in 2007 for $32.75 million.

The buyer was CLPF Lake Washington Park LLC, which is associated with Clarion Partners and its Clarion Lion Properties Fund of New York.
