Griffis buys more Renton apartments

By JOURNAL STAFF

RENTON — Denver-based Griffis Residential has paid $139.5 million for 440 units in what was previously called The Sanctuary, at 1201 N. 10th Pl. in The Landing, concluding the second half of a deal that was announced earlier.

King County recorded the sale on Friday.
