Developer wanted for vet housing

By JOURNAL STAFF

BURLINGTON — Skagit County and the city of Burlington are seeking a developer for an affordable housing project for veterans.

The developer will finance, build and run the project. The county will provide a $500,000 grant and the city will assist with siting and permitting.
