Burien strip mall sells for $9.5M

By JOURNAL STAFF

BURIEN — Burien Square, at 125 S.W. 148th St., has sold for $9.45 million, according to King County records.

The sellers were Burien Square Associates LLC and Burien Square Property LLC. Both are related to the Griffiths family, which developed the property in the 1960s.
