70 affordable units open in Lake City

SEATTLE — The Tony Lee has opened at 2820 N.E. 127th St. in Lake City, on the former site of Fire Station 39, with 70 units of affordable housing in a six-story building.

There are studios, one-bedrooms, two-bedrooms and three-bedroom apartments, as well as a preschool operated by the Refugee Women's Alliance (ReWA). The complex has a roof deck, garden planters and a solar array.
