Roy Vue landmark vote will be Nov. 1

SEATTLE — Seattle's Landmarks Preservation Board nominated the Roy Vue Apartments at 615 Bellevue Ave. E. as a city landmark.

The board voted 9-0 last Wednesday to nominate the site; the exterior and central arcade; the interior; and the courtyard and elevated garden.
