Shuttered Tully's in Clyde Hill to become Queen Bee Cafe

The building opened in 1926, and Tully’s started selling coffee there in the 1990s. It sold for $4.75 million to an LLC associated with Aegis Living.

The little old Tully's building at 8805 Points Dr. N.E. in Clyde Hill has sold for $4.75 million, according to King County records.
