Real Estate Buzz: Go-carts in, and then out, of Rosellini warehouse
An indoor go-carting track almost came to life in a warehouse in south Seattle owned by former Gov. Albert Rosellini, but that now appears dead.
Champs Karting, which operates an indoor carting track in Bellevue, leased 50,000 square feet in Rosellini's building at 5930 Sixth Ave. S. a couple months ago.
