Real Estate Buzz: HAL pulls Plaza at Yarrow Bay off the market
Metzler North America's plan to buy the Plaza at Yarrow Bay in Kirkland from HAL Real Estate Investments has come apart and HAL has taken the 294,000-square-foot office complex off the market, which has softened since the selling began.
HAL executive N.J. Tolton declined to identify Metzler as the buyer who had tied up the property but confirmed that HAL no longer has a buyer and isn't offering the four-building complex for sale anymore.
