Real Estate Buzz: Liberty Park steps up search for tenants
The office market slowdown may soon touch Sam Kyle of Kyle Development.
The developer's 46,666-square-foot Liberty Park office project by Interstate 90 in Issaquah is within two months of finishing construction. No tenant has signed yet, however, and vacancies have soared along the I-90 corridor to at least 20 percent, toughening the competition for whatever tenants may be available.
