Real Estate Buzz: PSE search lights up the Eastside

A big tenant of the scale that routinely amped up the area's office markets a couple of years ago is afoot on the Eastside, scanning for up to 200,000 square feet of space.
The tenant is Puget Sound Energy, which may even move its headquarters into a new location from the older building the utility now occupies, and owns, in downtown Bellevue, according to the buzz on the streets.
