Two industry insiders say Schnitzer West is selling its Advanta Office Commons, the 600,000-square-foot suburban Bellevue campus that is fully leased by Microsoft.
Last week, the Puget Sound Business Journal reported that German-based Commerz Real AG is buying City Center Plaza, the 571,000-square-foot office tower in downtown Bellevue that Microsoft also leases. The current owner, Beacon Capital Partners, declined comment.
