It looks like the Federal Aviation Administration's on-again, off-again plans for a huge facility in South King County are on again.
About two years ago, developers large and small were rushing to stake their claims. And no wonder: the FAA wanted to lease an office/warehouse facility of nearly 519,000 square feet for up to 20 years and pay annual rent of up to $24.4 million.
