Real Estate Buzz: CHH wants Capitol Hill to become eco district

Capitol Hill Housing recently hired Joel Sisolak to head up its efforts to have Capitol Hill designated an “eco district.” Creating more sustainable neighborhoods is the next step after building individual structures that get certified as sustainable.
Two years ago, Capitol Hill Housing received a grant from the Bullitt Foundation to finance the effort.
