On the Block: Holland is out, Wolff is in with new plan for Queen Anne Safeway: senior housing
As the DJC and others reported last summer, the corporate owner of the Safeway at 2100 Queen Anne Ave. N. planned to redevelop that property with a new store and about 250 apartments.
Holland Partner Group took the project through one round of design review last fall, but now the Wolff Co. of Scottsdale has stepped in with a new plan.
