Bridge Point Lacey will have three buildings on 41 acres.

Bridge Development Partners of Chicago has announced the acquisition of just over 41 acres in Lacey, where it will develop the almost 706,000-square-foot Bridge Point Lacey warehouse/industrial complex. The project will be at 3301 Hogum Bay Road N.E., just north of Interstate 5 and west of the Nisqually National Wildlife Refuge, at Exit 111.
