Bentall Capital and the Canadian pension fund that controls Bentall are close to putting the 1 million-square-foot Newport Corporate Center office complex in Factoria up for sale.
"We are thinking about marketing it and haven't decided whether to," said Bentall's Gary Carpenter in a brief interview.
