Real Estate Buzz: Weidner buys third apartment complex

Kirkland apartment investor Dean Weidner bought his third large local apartment complex of the past month and a half.
Weidner Investments paid a Geonerco Inc. partnership $11.5 million for the 131-unit Sunrise Lane Apartments in Everett. The property is at 12522 Eighth Ave. W.
