Opus Northwest is negotiating to join developer Chuck Wathen to redevelop 11.4 acres in Seattle's Interbay area into a University Village-like retail center.
"We definitely have in mind what we want to do as far as retail there," said Opus Northwest President John Solberg in Minneapolis. "We have a pretty good mix of tenants that want to be there," including a grocery store.
