Some buildings make their mark on a skyline, and Greg Smith wants to add one.
Smith, founder and CEO of Urban Visions, is redesigning a project he has planned for the southeast corner of Second Avenue and Pike Street. What was to be 35 stories of apartments will now be offices and apartments.
