Pity poor Kent. That humble, once agricultural city gets no love.
Sound Transit 3 didn't bless its downtown with light rail expansion (the same fate to afflict Southcenter), so it makes do with less frequent heavy rail, plus bus lines, at Kent Station. That downtown transit center, at 301 Railroad Ave. N., opened in 2001, two economic cycles ago.
