HFF broker for Premiere on Pine

HFF represented Holland Partner Group in the sale of Premiere on Pine, a 40-story apartment tower at 815 Pine St. that sold for $240.1 million to Chicago-based Heitman. Matthew Lawton, Ira Virden and Gerry Rohm handled the sale for HFF. Weber Thompson designed Premiere on Pine and Holland's construction division built it. Other team members are Susan Marinello, interior designer; Cary Kopczynski & Co., structural engineer; and Holland Residential, property manager.

Jonas Sylvester chairs ULI council

Unico Properties' chief investment officer and chief operating officer Jonas Sylvester will chair Urban Land Institute's Northwest District Council for two years. He succeeds Ada M. Healey of Vulcan Real Estate. Dennis Allen, director of planning and development at Zidell Yards in Portland, is vice chair. The Northwest council is one of 51 ULI councils in North America.

Tarragon adds Tammy Cane

Tammy Cane joined Tarragon as a development manager specializing in industrial properties. Cane has more than 18 years of experience, and last worked at Holland Partner Group as a senior development manager. Tarragon develops residential, industrial, office and retail projects in Washington, California and Nevada.

CBRE gets financing for Ridgewood

CBRE Capital Markets arranged $45 million in refinancing for Ridgewood Corporate Square, a seven-building office complex in Bellevue.

Marina Massari and Sharon Kline of CBRE's Newport Beach, California, office represented the owner: KBS Realty Advisors.

Ridgewood Corporate Square was built in 1986 and has 242,081 square feet. The address is 150-330 120th Ave. N.E.

Mandy Bender joins Tarragon

Tarragon hired Mandy Bender as a contract administrator. Bender will create and monitor contracts, change orders and purchase orders. She has more than 10 years of contracting experience and last worked at the University of Washington Capital Projects Office. Bender spent four years at Starbucks as a real estate project manager and leasing analyst. Tarragon develops residential, industrial, office and retail projects in Washington, California and Nevada.

Red Lion expands to Texas

Spokane-based Red Lion Hotels Corp. has signed franchise agreements with two property owners to build hotels in Bryan and Texas City, Texas. Bryan is close to Texas A&M University. That hotel will open in the first quarter of 2018. Texas City is 40 miles southeast of Houston on Galveston Bay. The hotel will open in January 2017. Red Lion started in 1959 and has 130 hotels across the nation.

Terreno buys Kent buildings for $12M

San Francisco-based Terreno Realty Corp. bought four distribution buildings in Kent for $12.3 million. They total about 138,000 square feet on 7.6 acres at 22402 72nd Ave S. The space is 94 percent leased to 13 tenants. There are 50 dock-high and 18 grade-level loading positions, and parking for 166 cars. Terreno buys, owns and operates industrial real estate in several U.S. markets.
