SR 5 - PIERCE COUNTY LINE TO TUKWILA HOV AND CLIMBING LANES
Project description: Construct 2.1-mile long HOV and climbing lanes on southbound SR 5 from Tukwila to South 188th. Project is Stage I of a three part plan to expand SR 5 from the Pierce County Line to Tukwila. Work includes grading, drainage, bridges, retaining walls, widening, paving, illumination, SC&DI, guardrails, concrete barriers, fencing, erosion control and landscaping.
