SR 5, 164TH TO SR 526 -- HOV LANES

Project description: The final HOV segment between Seattle and Everett, the project consists of northbound and southbound HOV lanes on SR 5 from 164th Street Southwest to the SR 526 interchange, noise walls and a SC&DI system.
