SOLIDS PROCESSING FACILITIES (WESTSIDE 2000 IMPROVEMENTS)

Project description: Construct solids processing facilities, including a new solids handling facility, expanded sludge storage facility, new fluid bed furnace, new chemical storage facility and completed effluent treatment complex. Also includes modifications to ash loading facility and existing standby power facility, expansion of existing odor control system and addition of a fourth blower system at the industrial pretreatment lagoon blower facility.
