SQUALICUM HIGH SCHOOL
Project description: New 178,000-square-foot school to serve 1,200 students in grades 9-12. It will include administration and support spaces, instructional areas, a cafeteria, full-service kitchen, library, parking and ballfields.
The heart of the school will feature an auditorium. It can be combined with a proscenium stage and used for performances and other events such as concerts, banquets, conferences, seminars and community gatherings. It can also be isolated from instructional areas and the gymnasium while retaining access to food services, restrooms and selected learning areas.
