Project description: Construction includes brick veneer, concrete floors and walls with a steel superstructure and steel wall framing. Construct 30,000 square foot addition to house the new commons, full service kitchen, and complete media spaces. Construct two separate 10,000 square foot additions to an existing 45,000 square foot classroom building. Completely renovate two classroom buildings, two science room additions, and convert the existing media center into a science building. Renovate 30,000 square foot of arts, music, choir, and athletic space. Re-roof the majority of the campus, convert the steam system to boiler heat, and install a new fire alarm system and voice-data systems. Construct 60,000 square foot courtyard area to act as an outside amphitheater.
