Project description: Construct a multiple-berth wharf facility on the Blair Waterway. Work consists of building a 121-by-2,000-foot pile-supported wharf. The concrete support piling will be provided by the Port of Tacoma. The wharf will be constructed adjacent to an existing wharf structure, including excavating, backfilling and providing utilities. Items include: deliver 1,075 port-purchased 24-inch concrete piling; supply and deliver 39,820 linear feet steel piling; supply and deliver 10,962 linear feet 16-inch square fender piling; supply and deliver 2,052 linear feet steel sheet piling; drive 912 24-inch hollow concrete piling; drive 163 24-inch solid concrete piling; drive 406 24-inch steel piling; and drive 2,052 linear feet steel sheet piling.
