Project description: This project includes the complete development of 22 acres of the existing 70-acre school campus. Phase I consists of the development of playfields and the construction of a new 22-classroom building at the existing high school located in Sequim. The building is a single-level, on-grade structure of 30,700 square feet. Phase II is the construction of a new middle school, the fourth school on the centralized campus.
The area of new construction is approximately 88,400 square feet. Development includes a centralized communication system, allowing data, video, security, telecommunications and energy management systems to serve the entire campus. The configuration will also allow centralized busing and maintenance.
