Project description: Renovate 140,000 square foot high school. Phase I: renovate and re-roof 15,000 square foot arts building, along with site improvements. Phase II: renovate 35,000 square foot of classroom space, two separate additions for corridor space, and conversion of existing heat pump system into a boiler-heated system. Phase III: remove two classroom wings and addition of administrative space, commons area, and entrance foyer. Improve two outside courtyards and construct new full-service kitchen. Phase IV: add new horticulture space, install new elevator, completely renovate over 60,000 square feet of interior classroom space, overlay existing parking lot with new landscape islands, and re-roof over 70,000 square feet of both new and existing structures.
