SR-405, Bothell to Swamp Creek Interchange, HOV lanes, Stage 1

Project description: Add HOV lane, make shoulder improvements and overlay existing roadway. Widen four existing bridge structures, build one new bridge structure, improve lighting system at 195th and state Route 527 interchange and ramps, install SC&DI system, remove existing median ditch and replace with concrete median barrier, construct a collector/distributor lane at 195th interchange, build earth and noise walls, wetland mitigation and drainage improvements, and construct four concrete stormwater detention systems and one state-of-the-art particulate separation system.
